Privacy notice for invited learners

Invited learners: addendum to the Learner Privacy Notice.

Version 1.0, 31 October 2026. AUTO DIGITID SOLUTION LIMITED, trading as Auto DigitID Africa (Kenya).

An organisation that bought seats from us gave us your name and email address so that we could invite you. AUTO DIGITID SOLUTION LIMITED is responsible for them from then on.

• Our legal basis.We rely on our legitimate interest in delivering a seat that was paid for on your behalf. Once you claim it, we rely on our contract with you.
• What we use them for.We use them only to send your invitation and any new link the organisation asks for, and we keep a record of the invitation.
• If you do not claim.We delete your name and email address 90 days after the invitation expires or is cancelled, or after the organisation's seats lapse, and keep only a record that does not identify you.
• If you claim.We also hold the name you confirm and the record of your claim, and our Learner Privacy Notice applies.
• What the organisation sees.We tell the organisation whether you claimed the seat and whether your enrolment is set up. We never tell it your progress, answers, marks or results unless you agree. The organisation is responsible for its own use of your data.
• Where your data goes.Our servers are in the European Union (Austria), and our emails are sent through a provider in the United States. We protect these transfers with contracts that include data protection clauses in the form published by the Data Protection Commissioner; ask us for a copy.
• Your rights.To ask what we hold, or to have it corrected or deleted, or to object, write to info@autodigitid.africa. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
